SURE SEAL® SEALANTS, impregnators for grout, tile and stone, are the culmination of over thirty-five years of intensive research and development globally in the field of protective coatings.  The “Gus the Seal” trademark is recognized world-wide as representative of the finest quality sealants available on the market today.

SURE SEAL SEALANTS AUSTRALIA PTY. LTD.’s company headquarters are located in Victoria.  Since the introduction of its first product to the Australian market – the award winning, world’s first quick-drying aerosol grout and tile sealer – the company has experienced tremendous growth in the marketplace and provides a unique range of specialized sealant/impregnator products and cleaners for both residential and commercial use.  Sure Seal® products are particularly popular with the DIY consumer because of their ease of use and durability. 

Sure Seal® products are available in every major tile retail store throughout Australia, and in all Bunnings, major paint and hardware stores Australiawide.  The company also exports to New Zealand and the South Pacific where its products are used in major hotel/residential projects.  Sure Seal is proudly Australian owned and operated and its products for the Australian market are manufactured entirely in Australia.

Sure Seal® has further expanded its operations into Europe under the “Seal-Guard® Sealants” logo, offering the same unique sealants to that market.  Because of demand, Distributors are now in Italy, France, UK, the Benelux, Sweden and the Channel Islands with further expansion underway into the rest of Western and Eastern Europe (see www.seal-guard.eu for further details). 

Sure Seal® products are easy to apply, quick drying and are ideal for both the professional contractor and the “do it yourself” handyman.   Its world’s first Sure Seal® Grout and Tile aerosol sealer seals both dry and damp grout lines between glazed ceramic tiles.  Overspray to the surrounding tiles is not a problem, as Sure Seal® is invisible upon application and will not cause any haze, yellowing or discoloration.

Sure Seal® products are used on all types of tile, tile grout, sandstone, terra cotta, quarry tile, marble, granite, concrete and masonry, against water and oil based stains.  Sure Seal® products, both solvent and water-based, do not contain silicants, will last for years and will not change the appearance or texture of the treated surface. They are non-yellowing, lets the materials breathe and are UV light resistant.  Sure Seal® quick drying aerosol, Gold Label and Porcelain Impregnators can be used on damp surfaces, especially damp tile grout, within 20 minutes of installation--an industry first.

Sure Seal® oil and water repellents have been successfully tested by the prestigious Tile Council of America for stain repellency, water vapor transmission and coefficient of friction. (Test results available upon request).
