This product, G-Shield Premium®, is a transparent, non-sacrificial coating, which provides a barrier to protect surfaces against graffiti and grime. It comes ready-to-use, is simple and easy to apply and extremely cost effective.

G-Shield Premium® is not a wax, polyurethane/silicone or fluorinated coating. It is produced from an advanced polysilazane technology which formulation does not allow the adhesion of paints, inks, permanent markers and stickers to a treated surface. Because it is transparent on the surface, the substrate retains its normal appearance and even if the surface is repeatedly tagged, it can still be cleaned quickly and easily without reapplication or damage to the surface. Only a mild cleaner and water are needed for cleaning. An additional benefit is that this product can be applied over dull surfaces to renew their lustre and shine without causing any demarcation lines from the old to the new finish.

It has excellent weatherability, is oxidation and corrosion resistant, UV light resistant, will not chalk and will not alter the readability or legibility of underlying graphics.

G-Shield Premium® is an ultra thin coating with a coverage amount of anywhere from 50-80 square metres per litre. It will cure by air drying or at room temperature. Excellent adhesion to ferrous/non-ferrous metals, galvanized metals, glass, painted and plastic surfaces.

It has been successfully applied to the Deutsche Bahn trains in Germany, on buses, metal facades and shutters, containers and trailers, traffic/road signs, advertising signs, plastic coated signs, bridges, sound barriers, public use facilities, restrooms, playgrounds, recreational areas, pools, bus stop benches, vending machines, bus shelters. The list of uses are endless!
