SURE SEAL® SURE-CAN-CLEAN

Sure Seal® Sure-Can-Clean is a highly-concentrated liquid detergent based upon entirely new scientific principles for surface cleaning, unlike soap and soap-based detergents. It is a high tech floor cleaner to restore and protect all natural stones, ceramic, sandstone, porcelain, terrazzo, concrete to their natural state. It removes tyre marks from concrete driveways, oil and diesel from petrol stations forecourts, will remove graffiti vandalism from brick, concrete, besser block walls, porcelain and ceramic tiles, vinyl, glass, steel, and can be used on many other surfaces. Excellent stainless steel cleaner for ovens and grills, etc. Caution: Do not use on water-based painted surfaces or on painted surfaces in poor condition. We recommend trialing what dilution rate is required on a small area to be cleaned to ensure compatibility.

Suggested Dilution Rates and Application Instructions:

(Note: The following suggested dilution rates should be only used as a guide)

1. Graffiti Removal: Use 1:5 (1 part Sure-Can-Clean to 5 parts water) dilution rate. For Internal Areas, apply a light layer by spray, sponge or mop. Agitate the surface with a stiff scrubbing brush or broom and leave on for 5-15 minutes. Use a mop or aqua vacuum to pick up residue, and then rinse with water. Note: for cleaning glazed tiles (i.e. marble or granite), follow instructions under “Heavily-Soiled Tiles”. In External Areas, follow application instructions for Internal Areas, but rinse with the use of a high-pressure washer or pump sprayer.
2. Tyre Marks, Grease and Oil: Same procedure as Graffiti Removal
3. Mould and Lichen: Same procedure as Graffiti Removal; however, instead of using a mop or aqua vacuum to rinse external areas, use a high pressure washer.
4. Heavily Soiled Tiles: Use 1:5 (1 part Sure-Can-Clean to 5 parts water) or 1:20 (1 part Sure-Can-Clean to 20 parts water) dilution rate. Apply a light coat (this can be sprayed or mopped on). Agitate the surface with a stiff scrubbing broom, leave on for 5-15 minutes to allow cleaner to work. Agitate area again using a stiff scrubbing brush, then use a mop or aqua vacuum to pick up residue and rinse with water. For glazed tiles, apply with a damp sponge or cheesecloth, agitate the surface and leave on for several minutes. Rinse well. Repeat if needed.
5. General Maintenance of all polished stone, glass, mirrors, plastic, vinyl, porcelain, stainless steel, chrome, painted surfaces, baked enamel, laminated surfaces and painted wood: Use 1:100 (1 part Sure-Can-Clean to 100 parts water) dilution rate. Spray onto the surface and rub well with an absorbent cloth until dry. If cloth becomes damp, turn to use other side or use another cloth. For cleaning difficult mould and mildew buildup on inside and outside cold rooms and fridges, the strength can be increased as required to a bucket of warm water. Wipe and clean with a hand-squeezed chux or cloth.
6. Carpet: Use 1:50 (1 part Sure-Can-Clean to 50 parts water) dilution rate. We recommend that application of Sure-Can-Clean on carpet only be done in conjunction with a steam cleaning machine.

First Aid:

Ingestion: If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical treatment immediately. Eye Contact: Hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by the Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes.

Skin/Hair Contact: Remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water.

Inhalation: Move victim to fresh air. Apply resuscitation if victim is not breathing.
